I would like to send Blogger feedback on this matter, but I cannot find any feedback options, either on Blogger or on the web.
You can try scrolling down to the bottom of the blog (past several posts), where the missing sidebar is sometimes found, hanging off like a monkey's tail.
Here's one of the things being hidden:
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
