Forensic math bares Pa. vote tampering

Robert A. Bonavito, New Jersey CPA, uses "Benford's law" routinely in order to detect financial data fraud. By applying this forensic mathematical method to the Pennsylvania election, he found that the "Benford" indicator set off alarm bells, implying a high probability that the data are bogus.

This method has been in use for several decades as a means of catching crooks who massage data and-or supply bogus data. For example, scientists use the method to catch other scientists who have cooked research projects through use of falsified data. It is also used as a means of ferreting out financial fraud. Thus, assuming it has been applied correctly, the method is quite capable of detecting probable voting fraud.

Considering that Bonavito uses this method regularly in his work, his result is at least very plausible. Thus, we urge that other experts examine what he did and see if they can confirm his work. In particular, President Trump's legal team should obtain such analyses if Bonavito's mathematical analysis is upheld by other experts.
