As Turley points out, 20 percent of African Americans support Trump -- an amazing feat for a Republican. This support could very well be a clincher since Biden needs a very strong turnout by black voters. Also, we see below that 36 percent of African Americans think Trump has been doing a good job. He scores similarly well for a Republican among Hispanics, who generally favor Democrats.
